Scholars council
Who we are
The Gates Scholars Council supports the aims of the Gates Cambridge Scholarships to create a global network of future leaders committed to improving the lives of others. Drawing on the experiences and aspirations of the entire Gates community, the Council strives to enrich the academic, social, and professional lives of all scholars.
What we do
The Council organises a number of events during the year including:
- Distinguished Lecture Series
- Termly colloquia
- Orientation for new Scholars
- Social activities for Scholars and guests
